Being migrants from non-English speaking backgrounds, our clients can face many problems such as language, culture and social isolation, or have difficulties with access and equity to mainstream services. To address these barriers and difficulties, we are endeavoring to practice wellness from a culturally and linguistically appropriate perspective.

There are some simple games and activities which can help you to practice wellness on all three levels such as playing Mah-Jong, Tai Chi and Chinese Chess.

It is not very hard to learn and understand those wellness games and activities, but consistent exercises and practice is needed to maintain and realize the benefits. If you are interested in wellness practice, or have any ideas to share, please feel free to contact us on 9328 3988.
